Pay by Phone Using the JustPark App
The JustPark pay-by-phone app enables motorists to seamlessly pay for parking by app, eliminating the need for coins or cash. Motorists simply type in the car park they’re at (location ID can be found on car park signage), provide their VRN (vehicle registration number) and pay using their debit/credit card. They can easily pay for additional parking without needing to go back to the car park if their stay exceeds their estimations.
By opting to implement a system whereby drivers can pay to park with an app, that same app also features a location and direction service. Motorists can search local car parks in the app, which directs them to find your car park via a user-friendly map. This will help improve traffic to your car park and increase revenue.
Signage
We provide and install bespoke signage with simple instructions for motorists to follow with the location ID. Motorists can choose to download the smartphone app or use the automated payment line, with simple instructions on how to pay for parking by phone.
Integration
JustPark’s cashless payment system integrates in real time with our back-office system. This data is fed directly to our warden’s devices, allowing them to check if vehicles have paid for parking. This data also feeds into our ANPR systems.
Pre-Booking Car Park Spaces
Our car park pre-booking solution is an additional platform we provide to maximise revenue within your car park. This solution can be used for any car park type, including Residential, hospitality or retail. Motorists can seamlessly search the JustPark or YourParkingSpace platforms to pre-book a parking space on a short- or long-term basis.
As with our cashless payments solution, the pre-booking platforms integrate with our back-office systems in real time. This allows us to integrate the bookings with our parking management and enforcement services.
