Countrywide Parking Management Ltd is contracted to manage the parking at Vectis Court, Talbot Close on behalf of the residents. We are the main point of contact for all parking related queries and issues.

If you wish to obtain a parking permit to park within one of the Vectis Court parking bays on Talbot Close, please submit your application by clicking below. You will need to provide us with your V5 document (or equivalent) to prove that your vehicle is registered to your property. This can be uploaded as part of the permit application process.

Once your application is approved, you will be sent a permit to the address submitted with your application. This permit will have your vehicles registration number on and will only be valid when displayed in said vehicle.

Terms of Parking:

  • All Vehicles must display a valid parking permit within the front windscreen/dashboard. All the information on the permit must be fully visible.
  • Visitors Permits – limited to 4 hours maximum stay, no return within 24 hours
  • No parking in front of garages
  • Vehicles must be parked fully within the confines of the allocated and marked bay as per the permit displayed. Vehicles must not overhang either the front or rear of the bay.

FAQs

How much are the parking permits?

A parking permit application costs £12.00.

All bays are on a first come first served basis.

If you change your vehicle, you must log in to your permit portal and request the change in the vehicle and have it accepted prior to parking your new vehicle on site.
There is an admin charge of £20+VAT for each vehicle changed.

No, blue badge holders must also purchase a permit.
