1700hrs – 0830hrs (7 days a week):
*2 hours of free parking,  you must register your 2 hours free via the RingGo App and then pay £1.50 for each additional hour

*To ensure you pay the right amount you should register your parking session via the RingGo app upon arrival to receive 2 hours of free parking, you can then pay hourly thereafter.

This car park is monitored and enforced by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). Failure to make the correct payment for parking or comply with the Terms and Conditions of parking may result in a Parking Charge being issued.

  1. The Selby Parking is currently uncontrolled, this leads to anti-social behaviour and bad parking behaviour. There are many cars being parked by people that are not customers or staff of the Selby Centre.
  2. Generating a reasonable parking income from event and party guests also helps to keep prices down across the site and keep the community centre open. It may encourage fewer people to drive.

  1. No, the car park is only for customers or staff working in the Selby Centre.
  2. On match days during the local Council controlled Parking Zone operating hours there will be limited parking on site, the gate will be manned and prebooked cars with Just Park will be prioritised.

  1. No, if the hours of your parking session are free, you do not need to register.
  2. You will need to register to use the app before you leave site if you need to pay for any of your parking.

  1. No you must either pay using the phone number provided on the signage or by using the Ringo App

  1. There will be a 10-minute grace period to leave the car park
  2. You can pay for the correct number of hours parking anytime during your visit, as long as you pay before you leave you will not get a Parking Charge Notice.

  1. Country Wide Parking will apply to the DVLA to retrieve the name and address of the registered keeper of the vehicle. They will then issue a Parking Charge Notice to that person.
  2. Selby will not be able to cancel these charges, even if your forgot or you underpaid. Tenants and visitors are asked to be very careful and abide by the time limits and charges.

We are unable to offer refunds if you do not stay for the full duration of your stay.

  1. We have structured our parking fees so that few regular users of the site are charged for parking. If you must park in the car park for longer, you can purchase a Permit from countrywideparking.co.uk/selby-centre.
  2. There are 3 kinds of permits available:
    1. Student / Sports User Permit – valid 7 days a week until 10pm
    2. Evening Staff Permit – valid 7 days a week until 3am
