You can appeal your Parking Charge Notice (PCN) if you believe it was issued incorrectly, this must be submitted within 28 days from the date the PCN was issued.
You can appeal using either of the two following options:
Appeal Online
To submit an appeal online, please click the above button. Simply fill out the information required on the appeals form and submit any relevant evidence you wish to include. You will be sent an email to confirm that your appeal has been received, (Please check your junk folder) do not reply to this email.
Postal Appeal
You can submit a postal appeal by sending your appeal to:

Please be sure to include your following details: PCN reference number, vehicle registration, Full Name, correspondence address and any evidence you wish to submit.
Only the driver of the vehicle at the time the Parking Charge was issued should submit an appeal, we will not accept appeals submitted on behalf of the Driver.
Under no circumstances are we able to accept appeals via email or telephone. any attempts to appeal via these methods will not be responded to.
How long will it take to receive a response to my appeal?
Whilst we try to respond to appeals within 14 days of receipt, during busy periods it may take up to 28 days to receive a response. We will always contact you via post or email to inform you if your appeal has been accepted or rejected. If you have not received a response after 28 days, please click here.
What happens if my appeal is rejected?
You will be notified of the outcome of your appeal whether it is accepted or rejected. You will then have a further 28 days to pay the outstanding Parking Charge Notice.
If your appeal is rejected, you have the option to appeal to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS), information on how to use this service will be provided within our response correspondence.
If I appeal, will I still be entitled to pay the reduced amount?
Any driver that submits an appeal within 14 days of the issue date will be given a further 14 days from the date of our response to pay the reduced amount. If you have appealed after this date, you may not be offered the opportunity to pay the reduced amount.
I wasn't the driver at the time the PCN was issued, how do I transfer liability?
If you were not the driver at the time the Parking Charge Notice was issued, you can submit a transfer of liability online by clicking here. Alternatively, you can submit a transfer of liability via post by writing to the below address:

You should provide a serviceable full name and address for the individual you are naming as the driver. You are unable to transfer liability to a company unless the vehicle is hired.
