FAQs

How much are the parking permits?

1st Permit: £80.00pa (Now available)
2nd Permit: £120pa (available from 17th May, subject to availability)
3rd Permit: £140pa (available from 27th May, subject to availability)

All residents will be automatically allocated a bay when their permit application is approved. Where possible, you will be allocated a parking bay within the car park nearest to your block.
Unfortunately, we are unable to take any bay requests or reallocate your bay.

If you find an unauthorised vehicle parked within your bay, you should contact us on our 24/7 helpline 0800 999 1032 (option 2). One of our team will then advise you where you can park whilst we resolve the issue.
You MUST not park within another bay, without having prior consent from our team as this may result in a PCN being issued.

If you change your vehicle, you must log in to your permit portal and request the change in the vehicle and have it accepted prior to parking your new vehicle on site.
There is an admin charge of £20+VAT for each vehicle changed.

No, blue badge holders must also purchase a permit and only park within their allocated bay.
