Helpline

The new scheme will commence on 19th October 2021 and therefore your permit application must be accepted and payment made if you wish to park within the car park after this date.

We have been formally instructed by the Freeholder, FGN Limited, to manage the car park at Ashbourne House. We will now be the main point of contact for all parking related queries and issues.

If you wish to purchase a parking permit to park within one of the above car parks, please submit your application by clicking below. You will need to provide us with your V5 document (or equivalent) to prove that your vehicle is registered to your property. This can be uploaded as part of the permit application process.

You will be automatically allocated with a bay, we are unable to accept bay allocation requests.

Terms of Parking:

  • All Vehicles must display a valid parking permit within the front windscreen/dashboard. All the information on the permit must be fully visible.
  • Vehicles must be parked fully within the confines of the allocated and marked bay as per the permit displayed. Vehicles must not overhang either the front or rear of the bay.

Failure to comply with the above terms will result in a Parking Charge being issued to your vehicle.

FAQs

How much are the parking permits?

Monthly: £30 P/M
Annual Permit: £300 P/A

All residents will be automatically allocated a bay when their permit application is approved.
Unfortunately, we are unable to take any bay requests or reallocate your bay.

If you find an unauthorised vehicle parked within your bay, you should contact us on our 24/7 helpline 0800 999 1032 (option 2). One of our team will then advise you where you can park whilst we resolve the issue.
You MUST not park within another bay, without having prior consent from our team as this may result in a PCN being issued.

If you change your vehicle, you must log in to your permit portal and request the change in the vehicle and have it accepted prior to parking your new vehicle on site.
There is an admin charge of £20+VAT for each vehicle changed.

No, blue badge holders must also purchase a permit and only park within their allocated bay.
